1 cup yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
2 tbsp oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 – 1/3 cup milk to adjust consistency if batter is too thick to pour
