west coast salmon

Marinate salmon for 2 – 4 hours in a ziplock. Grill or broil turning once, for about 6 minutes, basting with marinade. This amount is for 4-5 pieces of salmon.

  • 3 T vegetable oil
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T molasses
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
